Not a fan of this business as they do not offer after sales service for the system we purchased. Im a little dumbfounded as to why a company would promote their product as the best on the market but when it comes to any service on the system etc they are unable to help other than to say call a plumber. I was under the impression that the system we have came with a lifetime warranty but this is not true unless you call receiving in the post a $5.00 part and then having to pay a plumber $140.00 to fit it. I'm very disappointed as we only live about 10 mins from their office. Can not and will not recommend to anyone.
